Ann Kostopanagiotou

Ann brings over 20 years of strategic consulting, digital transformation, and client partner + new business development experience working in various verticals including consumer products, retail, telecom, financial services, healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining North Highland – Ann spent time at leading CX/digital agencies like Dentsu (iProspect), Rise Interactive, R/GA as well as consulting firms including Prophet, Slalom and most recently Launch by NTT DATA which gives her great expertise in advising clients and partnering with teams to drive digital transformation, AI-driven digital experiences, change and adoption that delivers business revenue and outcomes. Ann has also served on the Board of the American Marketing Association as President for 3 years, and keeps active in the Chicago business community. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family & friends, travel, hike and is the proclaimed "go-to" for restaurants by all who know her.
